The Customer Relationship Management system enables centralized customer relationship management using a standard Web browser.
Our software offers a wide range of functions necessary for normal operation of the company of up to 20 people. Performs functions that include:
– Distribution of contacts with clients in the areas of the company,
– Circulation of memos between staff,
– Management of information employees that are unavailable (holidays)
– Work with the application in off-line – using a remote access module running in a Windows environment it is possible to use the database without an established connection to the Internet, and then synchronize data
– Management of staff privileges to access the data of individual departments.
Implementation of the system is possible in two models:
– Outsourcing model – application server and database ensures Horyzont TI – The application is available via web browser on the public Internet,
– Model implementation on the local network at the client – server application and database provides the customer – the application is available via web browser on a company intranet and Internet access is via VPN.
