More than 1,5 Gbps of traffic in Google Global Cache in PIX-ie

We would like to inform you that the Google Global Cache servers located in PIX operated by Horyzont Internet Technologies defeated barrier 1,5 gigabits per second of Internet traffic. With the recent expansion of edge routing infrastructure and urban ring currently upgraded we plan at the end of April to raise the bandwidth supported by the node cache to 4Gbps. Currently urban optical ring has 10 nodes with goal of 16 nodes connected by redundant 10G Ethernet links.
